There was a HackerRank coding test prior to the interview. Upon passing, an interview is scheduled, which includes:
- 2 technical rounds
- 1 managerial round
- 1 HR round
The first round consisted of conceptual knowledge around Java. This round was quite easy.
In the second round, they asked coding questions.

Pros: A bit decent company. Not the worst company, like a few other banks.
Cons: Low pay compared to industry standards. Old tech stack, poorly designed systems. No room to grow either technically or leadership-wise. Nothing to learn. Contractors are not at all respected. No job security for contractors, but only contractors have to do all the work.

Pros: Culture, cutting-edge technology, and a lot of good people.
Good office.
Cons: Nothing. Sometimes hard to work with different time zones, but it's the same in every big company like this.
