Cons: * Extremely stressed environment. * No proper direction for firm objectives and technologies to use. * Mostly internal tools are used, which makes learning and investigation really hard. * Very bad social vibe, and people are always under pressure. * Layoffs can happen and cut you any day, and it can be all because of the stock market. * A lot of meetings with overseas staff, and sometimes you need to work outside business hours. * Not able to negotiate your salary after a couple of years. * Don't value their employees and senior staff and only consider them as resources.

Pros: Work-life balance at its peak.

Cons: Not that I can think of.

Cons: Legacy tech stack to the extent that you will forget writing new APIs. No learning opportunities. Whole day goes in production support.
