The interviewing process was a bit slow but very correct.
My first interview was a phone screening and some HR discussion, which took 30-40 minutes. It covered OOP principles, basic C# coding questions, multithreading, and more.
The second (C# core), third (Tech-breadth), and fourth (Manager?) interviews were on-site with two different teams, each taking one hour.
Some of the questions revisited topics from the phone screening, including language elements, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
During the tech-breadth interview, I was asked about operating systems, networking, XML, multithreading, and web protocols.
The manager interview was primarily an interpersonal discussion with situational examples and questions about motivation.
The final interview was a team-fit interview, which felt a bit redundant as it mixed elements from the previous stages with my potential new team members.
All in all, it was a good experience, and I am glad I was hired.
How would I motivate my colleagues?
