Pros: You can get far in the company if you're skilled and hardworking. Most of the employees are deadweight, so you can stand out quite easily.
Cons: Since most employees are deadweight, you have to stay on and do everything, meet impossible deadlines, go through multiple layers of meaningless bureaucracy and 'security'. Also, forget about your social life.
