Process

I have given two interviews with a six-month gap.

In the first attempt, they rejected me in the managerial round. There were no tough technical questions, and the others were STAR-based. I was not expecting a rejection, as the managerial round went well.

I applied for the same profile after six months. This time, they took me to the directorial round and rejected me.

In the directorial round, you can expect no technical questions, only previous project details and work experience. The interview didn't even last 15 minutes. The interviewer seemed happy at the end of the interview. I thought I had secured the position this time.

However, three days later, I received the rejection.

So, the point is they don't consider your technical skills, your work experience, or even your soft skills. If they find another candidate who is more affordable, they will reject you, no matter how good you are at your domain or how expert you are with tools and skills.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. You will just waste your time.

They don't consider a candidate's performance across all rounds.
