Process

The interview was divided into 3 rounds.

Round 1:

A scientific calculator using the pillars of OOPS. 3sum problem (and some other variations). Paging - use of paging. If you have one 2.4 GHz core and two 1.2 GHz cores, what will be preferable? Multitasking. Multiprogramming. Draw the snake and ladder game. Other approaches including recursion and DP if we have to find the shortest path in it. BFS. DFS. A CN question - what happens when you type google.com on your browser?

Round 2:

  1. In-depth discussion of projects. About other projects and how APIs were fetched.
  2. A scenario-based question: Let's say there is a bus station with n number of buses named 1, 2, 3... and some m number of places - A, B, C, D.... The schedule of the buses is like (1, A, 8 am), (1, C, 9 am), (2, C, 10 am), (2, D, 12 pm), and so on. A passenger wants to travel from place A to K. Suggest a data structure suitable for this.
  3. You are given a 1D array of size n. n is equal to the size of the RAM of your system. How will you sort it?
