Pros: 1. Very good company benefits, like unlimited sick leave.
2. Good for people looking for stability.
Cons: 1) Very toxic team management, and no action was taken on the manager even after 5 out of 10 people resigned, stating an unbearable culture in the team. Fellow colleagues are so good and helpful, and managers don't like that, as it diminishes their authority.
2) In RiskTech, if you stay close to higher management, you get good hikes and promotions. Else, work doesn't matter much. No need to sell your self-respect for 2/3% extra :(
