Nice managers and teammates.
Can learn a lot; just contact your manager about your interests.
Cons: If you're contingent, you can be laid off any moment within days without notice.
Sometimes FTE teammates might be arrogant. I have experienced that colleagues who are also contingent are more helping and less arrogant.
