Process
The interview process will start with a phone interview, featuring several in-depth questions about the technology of choice. For me, it was Java and concurrency.
The second interview will last 2 to 3 hours. This will take place in an office with two interviewers, where you will write computer problems with pen and paper. Expect plenty of tricky design and implementation questions.
Overall, the experience was negative because the second interview was limited to tricky programming questions, with no general design or career questions asked.

It's great to know that what we do actually matters. The firm culture is great. Working hours are long but flexible. I'm very happy with my management line.
