This was probably one of the worst software engineer interviews I've had.
Firstly, the job I interviewed for wasn't what I was expecting from the recruiter.
Then, I encountered a silly brain teaser involving a bunch of cubes. Finally, there was a live pseudocode exercise where I had to write code to print an arrow. All the while, I could tell the executive directors were pinging each other, likely joking about how poorly they thought my answers were.
Long story short, this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. As someone who gets rejected from many jobs, this one was all the more annoying.
Some nonsense involving cubes.
