HR called and scheduled an interview. It went well, though the interviewer seemed a little confused and did not know how to frame questions properly. She also asked a few timid questions and got offended on clarification. Still, I managed to answer each and every question.
It has now been more than two weeks, and I still have no feedback from HR, despite following up several times.
