If you want to start your career somewhere, it can be a kickstarter.
They have a lot of benefits.
After spending 3.5 years here, I experienced a lot of ups and downs.
In my last year at the company, I felt like I grew nowhere, so I left.
Don't force people to go into another team they don't want to.
People are resources, but still people with feelings.
