Morgan has a good brand name.
- Worst HR guys.
- Super sad and low IQ technical panel, unlike their other divisions.
- The project is OCT and does not have any value.
- Slog 24 hours.
- No high pay, unlike other divisions.
- HR is the worst, from scheduling the drive till date. These guys pretend to be very smart but are the biggest fools.
- Morgan Stanley has now become a poor name in the market due to the miserable technical panel, and the company is not aware.
- At least they should ask the candidate for feedback even if he is not selected, so as to expose these crooks.
Please look at other big companies and see how your HR and technical folks are conducting interviews. Ask for feedback or surveys from the candidates who have attended the drive.
