Free transport from the company is the only pro I can find.
Management is the worst. No proper work is allocated as per your skillset. Contract, consultant, or contingent employees are not valued equally with full-time employees.
Contract/consultant/contingent employees are also people and have the capability to work equally. Please do give them some respect.
