Good brand name in the market. Experience a good diversity at MS. Teams are a mix and match of all employees from different countries. Supportive people across the globe.
Does not give appraisal. You may get good compensation while joining but no or very little salary hike.
Investment restriction. Does not allow you to trade. They will ask to close all accounts and trade only with company-listed brokers with only company-approved entities.
Policies are not good. Call employees to WFO even if the entire team sits outside India and make it compulsory.
Uses old legacy code, and a software developer who wants to learn and grow in tech would lag behind as there is not much development work. They have support and QA testing in all teams.
Need to be more flexible with WFH options. A good raise or salary hike. New tech stack.
