Pros

Let me explain the strong work culture at Morgan Stanley. It means:

The company is great, the world trusts it, but internal operations are hell.

  • Policed people using butter.
  • They don't take lunch breaks; they eat food at their desks.
  • They recruit QA people and ask for development work.
  • They don't talk to each other in the office. Primacies?
  • They just do only and only work and delivery.
  • No humanity in critical situations; work must be done any way.
  • Within two months of joining, you will experience headaches, sleeplessness, eye pain, back pain, stress, anxiety, and various other diseases.
  • No job security; they will replace you anytime.
  • They give you high pressure to make the work done.
  • Very old management style, hierarchy-driven.
  • No friendly environment. They don't talk with other colleagues; they just ping on Skype/Teams.
Cons
  • They make you work and work until you go to the hospital.
  • They judge you best on the last hour of what you have done.
  • They respect you by saying, "You are irritating me."
  • They will assign you unethical work and pressure you to complete it, then tell you that you are a non-performer.
  • There is no work-life balance at all, only big, big emails.
  • You will not feel respected here.
