Good salary, but it's hard to get your job done
- Good salary and very attractive advantages for permanent employees.
- Generally very good with inclusion and diversity, but you could find departments with 90% from one nationality.
- Very challenging.
- No analyst.
- No time estimation per task.
- No documentation, or it's hard to search for, or not up to date. Sometimes business is hard to understand.
- Communication platform is not good, even with three or four at the same time.
- Very restricted onboarding of new technologies.
- You can find managers with absolutely no leadership.
Normally, the manager works for the employees, not the other way around.
