The team I worked with and my manager (Arden) were very helpful. The environment is very friendly. You can reach out to anyone at any time with no hard feelings. Colleagues never discourage each other, even when they ask silly doubts. Though it was a short time, my manager gave me a lot of opportunities, freedom, and scope to learn and explore.
Hides the furlough policy. Told me at the end, two days before mandatory time off. I cannot plan anything. At the end, I was idle for almost 13 days. When I reached out to the HR team, they confirmed that it's company policy and, whether I like it or not, I have to take those furloughs, and it is mandatory.
This policy will surely impact contractors who join at the end of the year because I need to take another 10 to 13 days for next year as well. In total, it's almost a month without salary. Otherwise, I would have continued with one of the best teams.
For full-timers, it's not an issue. Will recommend this team to others.
Furloughs should be prorated. Someone who joined in November/December is not able to take 10 to 12 days of time off, or it should be stated ahead clearly. Financially, it impacts when a person joins as a contractor.
I have over 20 years of experience in software development. I applied to Morgan Stanley four to five times. Each time, I did not receive an offer due to two primary reasons: 1. I was asked questions about garbage collection, memory, and similar topi
After a formal interview with a recruiter, I had a technical interview and also a code challenge. The question was about the depth of my point of view in debugging.
I recently interviewed at Morgan Stanley Montreal through a client vendor. The process included two rounds: * The first round was a 45-minute online interview. * The second round was conducted on-site with two interviewers, each session lasting
