Okay Company, Low Pay
A bit decent company. Not the worst company, like a few other banks.
Low pay compared to industry standards. Old tech stack, poorly designed systems. No room to grow either technically or leadership-wise. Nothing to learn. Contractors are not at all respected. No job security for contractors, but only contractors have to do all the work.
