Es una compañía grande, buena para poner en el currículum. Las personas con las que he trabajado eran todos grandes profesionales y personas.
Es una empresa grande, donde no eres más que un número rojo. Demasiadas reuniones, reuniones interminables para cosas solucionables en minutos. Producto obsoleto (en términos de tecnología) y sin posibilidad de actualizar/mejorar.
Hay dinero para todo menos para pagar a los empleados. Fui parte de los despidos masivos que hicieron ese año.
Despidos que vinieron de sopetón cuando el manager del equipo nos decía que todo iba bien y que el equipo iba genial. Genial para los mandos, no para los empleados, por lo visto.
Lo más destacable era su red social interna, donde se publicaban los increíbles y apasionantes hitos de los directivos, y en los comentarios todos les aplaudían. Supongo que con los despidos también lo hicieron.
Las personas no son números para jugar con sus futuros.
