Bullied culture with contractors in teams like equity swaps trading IT. Contractors were not involved in the meetings and were treated as outsiders. There's hardly any flexibility for working from home, and even a team member who just gave birth was told she could not work from home to look after her newborn. Such a toxic environment, with horrible, selfish management. Contractors were told directly in a meeting that they should get cut before perm employees; they get paid for this.
