After 1.5 years of working here, I can think of only 1 good point.

1. They will keep you busy. Basically, if you are not looking for quality work, then this is a place for you.

2. Work-life balance is good. If you are not looking to learn more, this is a place for you.

1. Everything is on legacy technologies.
2. Almost none of the projects are derived from India, so there will always be a difference in quality of work.
3. Very process-oriented company; you need weeks to get approval for the deployment of even a single line of code.
4. Pretty much every other MNC where they follow boss culture. You need to butter up your manager continuously.
5. And they fire a lot of people every year. Very risky.

Nothing! They can't help it.
