Challenging environment. Work with quants, strats, financial engineers, and other software engineers on a daily basis. This job had me learn finance, like really master some concepts that are crucial in the Fintech industry.
It's a perspective, really. If you like a mix of technology and finance, this would be ideal. Don't seek advice for those who want super techy stacks on their resume.
