Very good people all over the firm. Culture and core values are great. If you are beginning out, you will learn. Senior management is top-class, always looking to lead and share vision.
The career path for tech/engineering-focused people is almost zero. The path for middle managers is very poor. You wonder how they got there in the first place. I see good people have left the firm in this account alone.
Think very hard before you promote that VP.
