Good Culture, Bad Balance
Very good company culture.
Good opportunity to move around the firm within. They encourage that.
Sufficient amount of internal training.
Senior management very good.
Poor work-life balance.
Pay scale below industry average.
While senior management is good, middle managers do a poor job. I hope someone is reading this and does something about it.
Please scan through all your middle managers and seriously do something. If not, you will lose good employees.
Work-life balance needs a relook.
