Get to work on different projects and be a part of major apps.
Option to work from home (very flexible).
Office was renovated (Montreal).
Salary.
Not a very close contact with colleagues; everything is about work, not much else.
Have to get used to the highly secured systems of a bank, which can be a bit tedious sometimes when trying to accomplish something fast.
Not very oriented towards newer technologies.
More events to bring people together and get to know each other, especially post-COVID.
