There is an online coding session before the onsite interview. You will be coding on your laptop and sharing your screen with the interviewer. You have to finish two problems in an hour. The onsite interview has three rounds and takes about 2 hours.

I was asked to implement various algorithms, which you cannot prepare in advance. You really need to be ready to solve complex problems.

I applied online for a summer internship in Tokyo. It was through the Boston Career Forum's website, but I was quickly contacted afterward for follow-up through the company's main channels. Several phone interviews followed, with about half technica
