Pros

As a technical person, I do not know much about Demat closure. The person assigned to me is the worst contact I have ever had; highly unprofessional.

If you hold a Demat account, they will first ask you to close it, and then once it's closed, they will ask for transactions. Now, even a 5th-grade student knows the order in which you should ask for those details. Compliance is one thing, but not even trying to understand your employee is another. Will leave soon.

Cons

Stupid internal processes, old technology, mandatory work on weekends.

Advice to Management

Be truthful before hiring someone. If you don't know better, ask your juniors.
