- Open office
- Cheapest desktop: Might be cheap on paper, but inflexible compared to a laptop. It creates a number of problems (the need for videoconference rooms, difficulty retreating to a silent corner to work).
- MS Windows + Office + Skype in a one-size-fits-all manner - even these are rather in the way of making meaningful work.
Listen to your employees, especially when they complain about working conditions.
