Below industry pay, large attrition due to low salary, less emphasis on individual growth, fewer increments, legacy systems, and technology. It is now only hiring from 3rd tier and local colleges, as students from good colleges don't stay due to low salaries. Their intern and full-time salaries are almost the same. A great place to intern, horrible for full-time. For 3 years of experience, it's barely paying 20 LPA. Goldman pays more than twice.
To retain good employees, you should pay according to today's industry standard.
