Enjoyed working in the MS culture; lots of young grads, all very bright. A nice balance between cohesive team and individual effort, as well as hybrid working.
Worst: lighting in the office - terrible.

Align with the market if you want to retain good people. MS operates like a large ocean liner—solid, stable, and reliable, but slow to change direction or adapt quickly to new trends. Compared to JPM, which is more nimble, fast-moving, and willing to take risks to innovate and adapt.
