Management gets in the way of some good tech staff
In some areas, smart, collaborative people with good engineering values create a great environment for learning, professional self-improvement, and productivity. The canteen is great. The salary was pretty good for a grad.
Lots of reorganization, apparently constantly. In some areas, some of the programmers are not up to scratch. Rounds of redundancies don't necessarily remove the weakest staff.
Pick an organizational strategy and stick to it. Don't keep changing things.
