In some areas, smart, collaborative people with good engineering values create a great environment for learning, professional self-improvement, and productivity. The canteen is great. The salary was pretty good for a grad.
Lots of reorganization, apparently constantly. In some areas, some of the programmers are not up to scratch. Rounds of redundancies don't necessarily remove the weakest staff.
