I finished work at 5 pm and received an email at 7 pm the same day asking me not to come back and to send my badge. Yes, that rude! (I had an amazing performance evaluation a few weeks before, so it was not performance; it was their financial results, from what I heard).
Unpaid overtime almost every day in my group.

Zero space for innovation; just do what they tell you like a robot, and it is too much.

You may attract people with your dollars, but remember that there is something more meaningful in life. It is called ethics and manners.
