You get a big name on your CV.
Ashok is an executive director of Montreal. He investigates your work using different tools. He comes to your desk asking questions about why you were late on this day or last week. He makes jokes that are not funny, but if you don't laugh at them, he makes your life miserable. He has hired half of India and is promoting them. The culture is based on jealousy, going behind others, etc., etc. Trust is dead. Everything is wrapped up in a Morgan style. So, what you learn has no use outside. The company is way behind the latest technology. You have Skype, Zoom, and Teams simultaneously as communication tools, and none of them work properly.
