Pros

Location is convenient for some.

Cons

Politics is all there is.

India teams are not empowered.

Service company culture.

Leave policy only on papers.

People are denied paternity leaves.

Poor team culture; combating with your peers is encouraged.

Survival of the worst culture: the worse a team player you are, the higher you grow.

Insecurity: everyone is afraid of losing their job.

Hence, business delivery and quality work take a backseat; personal agenda and politics prevail.

Technically backward.

People are promised promotions to get longer hours and later denied, stating stupid reasons like 'you cracked that joke in that dinner.'

At the senior level, tech contribution is not recognized; only managerial work is.

Not good to join at a senior level.

Too many highly paid consultants around the globe; perms are always at the backseat.

Advice to Management

Reduce corporate corruption.
