The position listing was for a machine learning/computer vision type engineer. The interviewer talked about the company, himself, and what I would do in the role. The company had taken a bit of a tumble in the past, but I didn't mind interviewing because I didn't have a job in hand yet.

I did well on the technical interview, but they closed the position due to funding difficulties a month later.

Pros: Typical 8-5 work, consider work life balance, occasionally still need to attend night call due to business need, but not frequent. Pay wages is meh, you still can earn something like "High Five" or ESPP which is great deal.

Cons: Overall, over 90% of the Program Managers do not know how to become a Program Manager. I doubt that they even learn something from PMP, even though they have passed the exam. In their mindset, it is just urgent, urgent, urgent, and they do not care about the solutions and all that. They just want to know when to settle and close the case. One of the worst organization's PMs I have seen yet.
