Applied online. Was emailed a few weeks later to come in for a face-to-face interview.
Interview lasted about an hour and a half. The first part was just motivational questions and talking about myself and my CV.
Next was a technical test, which consisted of a few simple questions about my chosen language (Java).
The technical interview was okay. It seemed like the interviewer was just asking questions off the top of his head, which meant it was a bit varied what could be asked.
All in all, it was a decent process. I was made to feel relaxed and had a good all-around chat with them.
