Process
The MS interview process is very immature. The HR and technical team appear to have a disconnect regarding the requirements and what they are hiring for. I was given a coding problem to solve, and the next step was to have a call to discuss my solution.
They were in touch with me for 2 months. After I sent them the solution to the coding problem, they did not provide any feedback on it, nor did they bother to discuss my solution.
Questions
I was asked to have a coding session, but the interviewer did not even talk about it. The job description and the technical question asked are way different.
