Pros: The interview went really smoothly. The recruiter reached out and laid out the process very clearly. Compensation requirements were clearly communicated and understood. The onboarding process has been informative, clear, and very well documented.
Cons: No considerable points here. Since this is a senior position, much guidance is not within the scope of the role. Rapid learning and onboarding are required.
