An initial phone call with the internal recruiter, then an in-person interview with 2 people from the team.
General questions were asked to assess your experience, and they presented you with the software and asked questions on how you would achieve different outcomes.
However, they did ask questions that had nothing to do with the role, and when I asked if this was part of the job, they said no. So, that felt like a waste of time, as we spent over 20 minutes on that topic and exercise.
No communication after the interview for over 3 months. I had to follow up quite a few times, and was also misled by the recruiter a number of times.
How would you communicate with different members of the team regarding a ticket that's not ready to be released?
