One HR interview, one interview with the project manager, and another technical interview with coding and questions. They care more about how many years of job experience you have rather than abilities, qualifications, your current job, and capabilities. They don't even give you the chance to prove you actually have abilities and capabilities (cutting you off before the technical part of the hiring process) if you don't have EXACTLY the amount of job experience years completed they want, even if you are a few months away from reaching that years amount. It doesn't matter if your current job is just praising; they should have promoted you already. Nothing matters, just the completed years that MUST be one more than what the job ad says.
