Pros: There are some really good people there, and their mission is great.
Cons: The company acquires many third parties and then often places C-Level folks from the acquired companies in leadership positions, for which they have no experience. Then these new leaders decide to shake things up and make unnecessary and unhelpful changes which break everything. Very discouraging.
