Pros: There is nothing pro in this company. This company shall not have software developers.
Cons: They only like people who talk a lot, but work quality and ethics do not matter at all. Worst management to work for. It looks like all Indian Tamil people are in management, from manager to Sr. manager to Director. They only promote and appreciate their own people. How can an American company be so biased toward one community of leadership?
