Be prepared with your project. They will ask about your project and might ask what you have done in that project.

Ask about design patterns used in JavaScript, performance enhancing, and memory profiling, etc.

Pros: Contractual Bonus of 1.5 months, ESPP, and Flexi Benefit of RM1k is good.

Cons: Toxic environment with everyone just pushing away their job and not working as a team. Everyone is just playing politics and "Taichi", and some people who have a little authority will keep on asking you "when can it be completed? can it be done by tomorrow?" without actually understanding the facts and situations. No salary increment no matter how the company shows that they earn a lot of revenue every quarter, and I foresee no increment for this year as well.
