Toxic environment with everyone just pushing away their job and not working as a team.
Everyone is just playing politics and "Taichi", and some people who have a little authority will keep on asking you "when can it be completed? can it be done by tomorrow?" without actually understanding the facts and situations.
No salary increment no matter how the company shows that they earn a lot of revenue every quarter, and I foresee no increment for this year as well.
I don't give advice for free, and I just want to say that the company deserves to be rotten, just like how Motorola Mobility got rotten and was thrown into the historical dustbin.
