A stable environment and supportive colleagues
Pay is not always competitive.
One 2-hour interview. It was well-structured and gave an understanding of what they work on. Then, we had a discussion about your CV. For the second hour, a technical coding problem was completed.
They asked me a bunch of questions about parallel programming, how to make threads, what is a singleton, and if I know any patterns. I had some questions about SQL basic things, like how would I extract data from table X or the same with Y conditions
I went through the interview process by sharing my screen and answering specific questions about C#, as well as some basic algorithm questions. I found it pretty hard because I hadn't studied, but it's easy if you are average.
