A relaxed and mid-paced project.
The salary is really not impressive.
Better pay for talent retention.
Submitted resume online via Jobstreet of Malaysia. A one-on-one session with the hiring manager. Interview questions were not very hard, as I was a fresh graduate applying for a job. Waited around a week before being told that I was accepted.
Phone screening followed by one on-site interview of about 3 to 4 hours. Interviewed by about 5 different people about object-oriented programming. Given overview of the project that I would be working on.
It was a one-hour interview. It was mostly based on core Java. A few questions were asked on SQL. No other concepts were asked except Java. Questions based on Java full-stack development were asked, along with APIs.
