This takes a good bit of time to change or be agile due to the size and bureaucracy of a large enterprise business. It is not unique in this issue.

Motorola Interview Experiences
Software Engineer
There were 3 rounds. 1st Technical Round (Online) Easy questions were asked. 2nd Technical Round (Online) DSA 2 questions, one question on Java 8 Features. 3rd Managerial Round (In Office) HR Round
Backend Developer Student
The interviewer was very pleasant and helpful. I was asked mostly about my own projects and how I can make them better (i.e., improve the searching or sorting algorithm). The process was very good, and I was walked out with the interviewer.

It was basically a Codility test and then an onsite (virtual now) with the hiring manager. It was pretty straightforward, and I think you just need to get your foot in the door somehow.
