Excellent company to work for. The leadership team is supportive, approachable, and truly committed to helping employees to succeed. The work environment is collaborative, and there are great opportunities for professional growth. The compensation is competitive and comes with a strong benefits package.
At this time, I don't have any significant negative feedback. My overall experience has been very positive.
A suggestion for leadership would be to maintain a more consistent long-term product strategy. While adapting to changing business needs is important, reducing frequent changes in priorities would help teams to stay focused, improve execution, and maximize the impact of their work.
