How did 25 years fly by?
Motorola back then and now Motorola Solutions has been a great place to develop my career, to handle challenging projects, to share with very committed people and to grow wonderful friendships. More than a job, it has been a place to live. I am thankful to the company for providing me with plenty of opportunities and benefits over the years.
Obviously, there has been difficulties, and if it would not the case, it would no be called a job, but with team support I have been able to overcome the difficulties.
Keep maintaining the focus on business health and get personnel motivated by adequate recognition of their labor.
